Industrial Succession is focused on rolling up sub-$10m revenue industrial companies in Southern California. Currently, we are rolling up the 6k metal fabricators in the area. We own 3 now and are closing on 4 more this year so our HoldCo is growing! We are looking for an MBA Operations/Finance Associate who has the entrepreneurial spirit, wants to have equity ownership in a vehicle that will grow to $140m+ by###-###-#### without having to personally guarantee any debt), wants direct mentorship and is excited to keep manufacturing in America! https://metalsolutionsholdings.com/ https://industrialsuccession.com/ You will leverage our built out tech stack to help source deals and run tight operations. You will work with the 2 existing members of our ops team. The ideal candidate will: -Main goals are to assist in Corp Dev, Finance and Operations functions -Help with operations of portfolio companies as needed. -Be willing to get hands dirty as needed to help transition acquisitions -Strong technology background (IT experience is a strong plus) -Must be very reliable and mature and professional -Project management skills are highly desired -Candidate MUST live somewhere between Los Angeles and San Diego (ideally near the companies in Anaheim) and be ready to work 60 Hrs+ per week. MBA is a plus and is strongly preferred.
