We’re building a functional confectionery platform focused on brand revitalization and Gen Z–oriented marketing.

Consumer preferences are shifting. This opens a timely opportunity to accelerate legacy confectionery brands through sharp marketing and product innovation.
Platform Nucleus (LOIs in place / EUR ~18M sales / EUR ~2M EBITDA / EUR ~15M capital required)
- One asset is a long-standing confectionery company (gum, lozenges, owned brands) with strong DACH distribution.
- The other is a Berlin-based marketing agency specializing in FMCG and brand turnarounds.
Together, they form a unique operational + go-to-market engine to scale a modern confectionery group.
We also have a strong pipeline of bolt-ons—several of which are already in active discussions.
