Hi Everyone,

I'm currently a couple weeks out from closing on my first business. Underwriting approved, just negotiating the purchase agreements and doing title work. The purchase is $1.9M for the real estate and $1.5 for the business (asset purchase) in the manufacturing space.

I have two other businesses in the hopper for evaluation and eventually M&A.

My long term game is to rollup manufacturing, machine and electronics shops to one larger end to end US based manufacturer for the Defense space.

Currently without projecting investment we are projecting hitting $1.8 M in EBITDA in 3 years via acquisition.

I'm looking to raise capital to speed this up. I would prefer debt investment but willing to do equity investment. Please reach out directly if interested
