I'm looking to raise 200k for a manufacturing company I'm in the process of acquiring with strong fundamentals. I've been in talks with the seller and banker underwriting the deal and have passed all hurdles up to this point. My liquidity issue stems from the banks need to see 6 months of reserves to ensure I can meet capital needs for projects in the pipe during the transition period. Does anyone know anyone who would be interested in a short term bridge? Any thoughts regarding alternative funding that doesn't involve borrowing from friend and family? Caveat, I don't have a company and haven't acquired the business yet.
