Funding (Hard Money) for land acquisitions in Ontario 50% LTV required only

Hey everyone. Looking for funding on land in Ontario, CAN for short 6-12 month repayment terms. LTV will be no more than 50% but the caveat is funds need to be deployed in short window (after initial review) with certianty without risk of last minute provisions. These will be land deals no greater than 10 acres for the purpose of building prefabricated concrete "tiny homes" with all servicing ie plumbing, electrical hook up. Looking to have funding with only land as collateral for scalability purposes and wish to duplicate this model consecutively.
