Looking for recommendations for any bank/lender/financing opportunity that provides more flexible debt servicing terms for seasonal businesses (e.g. the majority of cash flow is recognized in Q4 and Q1).

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I’d love to help you find the right SBA lender for this deal. We work with all the major SBA lenders. The bank pays us after your loan closes, so this is a 100% free service for you. I have helped clients get financing for other seasonal businesses (including a business that had an election seasonality and only cash flowed once every 2 years). I have had success in the past with a large traditional bank funding a seasonal business. The trick is that the banking team needs to have an understanding of that specific business model. Find a partner that knows the industry. They'll work with you to get the right tools in place to handle the seasonal swings.
