Do any searchers have experience in the funeral home industry? I've recently become interested in the space and noticed a few large operators out there and it seems that multiple sites is the only way to really make good money. It seems like there is a certification needed but am curious how hard it is to hire in the industry.

Not sure about other states, although in PA, I am fairly sure it needs separate license for each location, and same business owner (person/entity) cannot own more than one location. Reach out to attorney with experience in the industry.
