FYI: SBA SOPredactedFall 2026 Mandate - Mandatory QoE & 1.25x Historical DSCR - DSCR floor increased from 1.15x to 1.25x on historicals: Growth projections can no longer bridge underwriting shortfalls on change-of-ownership debt service.
