Garage door biz - almost under LOI

Hi everyone - I am in a process on a garage door biz in NorCal. It does service, repair, install and also manufactures doors. Does anyone have any experience in this space and would be willing to chat? Also, I am still in the process of putting together my deal team. Does anyone have any recommendations for attorneys and q of e providers in California? Preferably recommendations from searchers! Thanks all!!
