**Job Description**
Bloom Equity is searching for a high-impact General Manager (GM) to join one of it’s Portfolio Companies. This is a strategic and operational role that will span analyzing market trends, managing a global workforce, creating strategic go-to-market plans and managing a P&L. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, entrepreneurial, data-centric, process oriented and have a demonstrated history of delivering exceptional results throughout their career.
This is a remote working opportunity with a preference towards working Australian Eastern Timezone, and overlap with US Eastern Timezone.
**Here is what you will do**
• Own the P&L for a mid-seven-figure ARR software business, delivering and managing forecasts, budgets and roadmaps that drive meaningful growth for the portfolio company
• Implement and manage company OKRs to build a culture of performance and accountability at the company
• Work with Bloom Equity Partners, our operating teams, external contractors, agencies, and other remote teams across marketing and product development functions to execute our proven strategies for accelerating revenue growth and optimizing free cash flow
• Build a result-oriented team and company culture focused on execution and Monthly Recurring Revenue growth
• Work closely with CTO and the product team to continue developing the product roadmap, launching and improving winning features
• Engage with customers and prospects on a weekly basis to ensure alignment across strategy, execution and roadmap
• Serve as the face of the portfolio company at industry events, on social media and other marketing programming
• Build a network within the industry to understand trends and build relationships with potential strategic partners and acquirors
• Create an environment of rapid experimentation and learning
• Work with the Bloom Equity to craft a strategic roadmap to ensure a successful exit in 3-5 years
**You’re likely a great fit if**
• 5+ years of experience working in B2B SaaS, preferably in Marketing, Growth and/or Product Development
• Experience leading multi-disciplined remote teams to successful and measurable outcomes
• Entrepreneurial-oriented with experience building products from the ground-up
• An all-around high performer with multiple examples of demonstrated success both inside and outside of work
• A small ego; focused on team-driven success versus individual recognition
• Experience running high volume marketing and in-product experimentation
• A growth mindset focused on constantly learning and improving both individually and at the company, with strong openness to feedback and coaching
• Demonstrated ability to learn new markets and technologies quickly
• Strong communication skills and a high EQ
