This is a rare opportunity to take a leadership role in a stable, growth-oriented company with strong local roots. Key Responsibilities: Lead all aspects of property management operations across a portfolio of several hundred residential units. Supervise and support a team of property managers, leasing agents, maintenance personnel, and office staff. Implement systems and best practices to optimize operational efficiency, tenant satisfaction, and owner communication. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of managed properties. Ensure regulatory compliance and timely handling of property issues. Drive growth, performance, and accountability across all departments. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in property management, with a strong track record of team leadership. Direct experience managing a portfolio of 200+ residential units or more. Strong knowledge of fair housing laws, property maintenance standards, and operational best practices. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Familiarity with property management software platforms. Experience with EOS a plus!
