Dear All, The German Mergers and Acquisition Organisation has posted a number of Templates on their page https://bm-a.de/news-media-hub/#vorlagen . Its now not only the SPA in German which I shared before, but also Reps and Warranties, NDA and a SPA in English. Regards Jochen
