Could anyone provide some resources/guide to know more about the search fund/entrepreneurship through acquisition industry in general? Would it be possible for undergraduate students to break into the industry? Thanks a lot!

Ciao Lynn, in addition to all the great suggestions above, I love Walker Diebel and Codie Sanchez of Contrarian Thinking. Check out Walker's book, Buy Then Build. It is awesome, and there are great resources that you can use to dive deeper into this field. This is the very first book I read about entrepreneur acquisition. It opened my eyes to this entire world of M&A. Also, check out his website: https://buythenbuild.com/about/

Codie's information is https://contrarianthinking.co/

I would suggest you sign up for both of their Newsletters and subscribe to their YouTube channels.

Here are a few others I follow in the space:
-Acquisition Aficionado Magazine
-Roland Fraiser also talks about acquisitions as a growth strategy
-www.BusinessInstititute.com.au

If I think of anything else, I will share it with you.
