Giving back to the search fund community

The search fund ecosystem has been incredibly supportive as I’ve begun my journey with Infused. From one-on-one calls to shared materials and generous advice, I’ve learned a lot from others who’ve been a few steps ahead of me.

I want to give something back.

A while ago, I created a free resource to help founders and operators think through the commercial side of their business: org structure, GTM strategy, hiring plans, etc. It’s written with scaleups in mind but I think it could be useful to searchers too, especially as you start thinking about what kind of company you want to run, and how you’d lead it post-acquisition.
