Hey everyone, I'm looking at a company that seems to have good technology in a solid, growing industry. The catch is that the owners have played every sketchy card in the deck to reduce taxes and pull capital out of the company: employing family and friends who do little but get paid a lot; buying luxury cars through the company; lots of 1099s, etc. My gut says just pass, what is the wisdom of the crowd?
