GOVCON SDVOSB - Contracting Questions

Hi all, my partner and I are service-disabled Army veterans under LOI with a GOVCON SDVOSB. The company focuses on facilities support services (janitorial services) for hospitals. We would love to learn more about the contracting process from anyone who (1) has experience from the SDVOSB perspective bidding for government contracts or (2) has experience as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR), awarding contracts to SMBs (SDVOSBs would be ideal). If anyone here has the above experience, we would love to chat! Or if you can recommend someone who we can chat with, we would appreciate the intro.

I had an equity stake and helped operate two commercial flooring companies. We were involved in government contracts, going on military bases and dealing with contract officers. I was also certified in government contracting. Glad to help if I can. I'm a veteran myself and thank you for your service :)
