Grateful for the Search Community This Thanksgiving

I wanted to share even thought some on here may not be celebrating Thanksgiving. This Thanksgiving, I’m especially grateful for the Search CEOs, funders, operators, and advisors who show up every day to take on one of the hardest leadership transitions there is: stepping into ownership and building real value through execution. The Search journey is unlike any other. It combines inherited teams, real P&Ls, high expectations, and no runway for “theory.” It’s a reminder that outcomes aren’t just driven by strategy or capital… they’re driven by people, alignment, and how teams actually execute under pressure. Wishing everyone in this community a Thanksgiving filled with rest, perspective, and time with the people who matter most. Even if you do not celebrate, things tend to slow down this week, and for that we can be thankful for time to reflect and plan for the new year. I'm grateful to be building alongside so many thoughtful, committed leaders. Stephanie Founder & CEO, Five Experts redacted

@Stephanie - sharing your sentiments. We are in the weeks of reflection and goal setting as the new year inches closer. Many in our community of searchers are asking themselves "is 2026 MY year?" - there has never been a better time to launch your search. More soon on my offerings of support for 2026 and happy to collaborate with others supporting seekers. - Elliot Rohde (6x self funded closer, before "search" was a thing!) Thanks @LukeTatone for bringing us together.
