Hi, im launching a hybrid search fund/ market study for greenhouse/vertical farming/protected agriculture/urban farming for the Texas triangle.

Will only raise 3-4 units, US$ 60,000 for a###-###-#### month runway to develop a professional investment thesis or acquire a company in the industry.


The framework will be based on search fund and units need to be strategic. Once we have the thesis/company, we will raise additional equity/debt financing if needed.
