Our established network in every European country gives searchers access to business owners, industry relationships and acquisition opportunities in this specialist sector. For each country, we will appoint one search fund partner for a 12-month term. Once a country is allocated, we will not enter into another search fund collaboration in that geography during the agreed period. The partnership includes: - Country exclusivity: one search fund partner per country. - Guaranteed dealflow: at least five acquisition opportunities submitted per month throughout the contract period, based on an agreed search profile. - Term: 12 months. - Monthly retainer: CHF 5'000. - Success fee: 2% of the transaction volume upon completion of an acquisition.
