Gym Acquisition

Have spent time the last year looking at (among other things) opportunities to invest in / find an operating partner in the traditional gym space. Have an opportunity that seems interesting and might prove actionable. Any others with operational / investment experience in the space that have interest in discussing?

Who is losing? Anything at-home or geared for the retail customer. We saw this segment pop in 2020 and then dry up in###-###-#### Peloton is the most public example. Also, as a manufacturer there was excess demand by our dealers, so 2021 and part of 2022 was also used to clean up the over-supply from the bull-whip curve.
Unless you are an athlete, a fitness room is a social venue. Aas things open up post-COVID, people will be excited to interact with each other, in-person.
