Hello, 

Does anyone have experience with gym valuations? The deal I am looking at has a gross revenue in the $900-$1m range, it is off-market. Looking for any insights and can provide more info.

We have sold several gyms and 2-4x EBITDA would make sense

I'm in the fitness industry myself. Multiples are generally about 2-4x EBITDA. For a gym of that size It's probably about 3.4x or so. Would be happy to chat more sometime about how to value a gym business!
