Greetings Searchers! 

Where is the best place to solicit hard money loans and what are the current terms? 
I am under LOI, currently in due diligence, lender may require up to 10% in post injection liquidity.  
I may need a cash infusion up to $280k to secure an SBA loan for a precision sheet metal fabrication. High level numbers below.   
Purchase Price: $2.8M  
Over Four Years 
Median Revenue: $3,429,635
Median GPM: 40.67% 
Median EBITDA: $726,370 
Median EBITDA Margin: 24.72%  

My downpayment: $280k in cash, I have $90k in equities I will liquidate if needed.
