Just finished some fantastic NED training at the IoD! It was a valuable refresher on what being a Non-Executive Director is all about – from understanding our duties and responsibilities to navigating board dynamics and building a truly effective board. If you're not already with the IoD, they've got some brilliant resources worth checking out. Has anyone else done this training? Keen to hear your thoughts or any other governance training you'd recommend!

Haven’t done this course but quite a timely suggestion for me, so thank you! And will look at the membership. Which resources did you find especially valuable from the IoD?

This is indeed a great training, I did it some time back. If nothing else it is a great reminder that takign director role comes up a reasonable amount of liability :)
