Has anyone executed a roll-up strategy to deliver multiple technology service lines to MDUs?

Hi Searchfunder community,
I’m a self-funded searcher exploring a roll-up strategy focused on acquiring businesses that deliver complementary technology services to MDUs (multi-dwelling units), such as:
Streaming & satellite TV (e.g., DirecTV commercial dealers)
Managed Wi-Fi
Bandwidth circuits
Structured cabling
Physical security & access control
Cybersecurity
The goal is to consolidate regional providers and offer a bundled, end-to-end technology solution tailored for property owners, senior living, and condo/HOA communities.
I would like to pursue outside capital to support this strategy and learn from others who have:
Executed a roll-up in a similar space
Consolidated service lines across multiple acquisitions
Validated demand and use cases within the MDU space
Faced integration challenges in MDU or B2B technology services
Used a roll-up to increase valuation and exit optionality
