I have. It's a bit pricey, and the data isn't as accurate/up-to-date for smaller companies, but I've used it with medium to large sales teams to generate lead lists, do targeted prospecting, and calculate market opportunity and market share. If you're after acquisition targets, you may be better off going with something like https://www.infousa.com/ which is a one-time purchase and there's no haggling with a sales rep. You just buy what you want... a few hundred to a few thousand dollars.

Second Adam's recommendation for InfoUSA, it's great! Probably 80%+ accurate, where most others are 50%-ish, (or worse).
Regarding D&B, having dealt with them both as a data customer and as a business owner, they are terrible in every regard in my opinion, with outdated and abjectly wrong info at every turn. I would not trust them for anything.
