Has anyone had experience talking to SBICs? (it doesn't qualify for SBA)

Hi all - I have a deal that doesn't qualify for SBA and I need to reach out to SBICs. I have a good list of them, but I was wondering if anyone has had the opportunity to talk to some of them that might be more amenable to deals in the 10M EV range

Angela - the industry is attractive to a lot of investors. You might find that many with a stated $2MM minimum will be willing to dip down a little, especially in this market. The only way to know is to put together a teaser and send it to the SBICs. Robert.
