Has anyone here closed a staffing or recruiting business recently, sub-$1M EBITDA?

I’m a first-time independent sponsor / searcher partnered with an operator who has many years of Director-level experience across multiple staffing and recruiting firms. We’re looking at a ~$700k SDE recruiting and staffing Company, and also have another one in the market we might want to acquire immediately after if available, aligned with our main target, and we feel we have the bandwidth. Curious what others have seen in terms of: • QoE providers familiar with staffing/recruiting • Law firms with relevant transaction experience • Any industry resources or trend data that helped frame your diligence or thesis Appreciate any shared experiences or recommendations.
