For those of you sourcing brokered deals—has anyone tried the premium "Edge" subscription on BBS? Curious if anyone has found it worthwhile.

No, I haven’t used the premium subscription for BBS. IMO spending time and/or money on that site (and others like it) is a poor allocation of resources. I recommend building direct relationships with top-notch brokers, building your own proprietary pipeline, and attending high-leverage opportunities where your target sellers hang out. In that order. Better off-market pipeline can be as simple as: Apollo => Aplify => instantly.io. Or as advanced as Grata, Clay, and Pitchbook. If you look where most people look, you’ll get the results most people get. Hope that helps!

I don't recommend the "premium" Edge subscription. I have one, but I still wonder what I paid for, as the website quality is very rudimentary. I am not referring to the quality of the listings, which is poor, but rather to the usability and usefulness of the website and service.
