Has anyone upgraded their CRM to Salesforce Starter Suite or Pro?

I currently work for Salesforce and have a lot of salesforce knowledge so I would heavily prefer upgrading my CRM to salesforce over more cost effective tools like Hubspot, etc. However, I don't have any experience with the SMB tools like Starter Suite or Starter Pro. I'm wondering if anyone has implemented either tool and would love their insight on whether ROI is worth the cost. Thanks!
