You can read about it here but short story is they lied to investors and lost a crazy amount of investors money - wouldn't be surprised to see them both in jail in the future

Yeah, I’ve used Deal.ai and honestly it’s been solid. Great if you need quick help with AI tasks, like: creating images, writing copy, building simple funnels, even some prompts for “vibe coding.” They’ve also got training resources, white‑label assets or spin up your own app or chatbot.
