Has anyone tried working with Dealonomy? It's a new brokerage that does not charge sellers to sell their business. They instead charge buyers on a tiered scale. It's an interesting concept. And Walker Diebel is on the advisory board. I would like to hear feedback from others on the model. Seems like a buy-side advisory service with a hefty price tag. But may be worth it if they have good deals.

Clint Fiore spoke to the CLT ETA group last month, and I really like his model. It’s free for sellers, but not every business can list- his team pre-vets each one and provides a valuation range using comps. For buyers, that means no junk deals. He’s smart about playing into buyer demand too: a premium tier gives early access for $100/month plus a small transaction fee. But it’s free if you want to wait 10 days. Totally worth it for vetted, quality deals. I’m bullish on this business
