Have you bought a business via acquire.com?

Hi all,
I'm looking to learn more from searches that have bought and operated businesses (saas, mobile or shopify apps) bought via acquire.com. I'm particularly interested in understanding the main challenges on the first 100-ish days of operations and if the due dilligence made pre-acquisition was enough.
I've been hearing a lot that having a tech partner to operate on the day-to-day helps, but distribution is the main challenge, especially for smaller deals < 100k USD. Have you had this experience?
Thanks so much,

For small deals, diligence is a big challenge as they're not usually at the scale where it makes sense to have rigorous processes or structure in place. Having a tech partner, or at least a part-time consultant, help you get the structure in place would be beneficial.
At that scale, I would think deeply about your growth plan and how you plan to pay for it. I imagine there's not a whole lot of cash being produced but if you have cost-effective freelancers ready (or lots of sweat equity), it could still work out.
Happy to answer any more questions.

ˆ^redacted I've heard a lot also that "if it was just a mkt and sales play, I would've bought more". I understand distribution and growth are tough, but why is there some much pessimism when it comes to growth plans?
Further context, I'll be the one operating it full-time and will raise capital to pour into mkt and sales. I have a tech co-founder that will help me too. Is it doable to do with smaller companies with <100k asking price in your exp?
