Hi! I’m looking to connect with those who have acquired or are considering acquiring aesthetic clinics or med spas. I’m currently exploring both the acquisition of practices and software companies that support them.

Specifically, I’m interested in:

  1. How you manage vacancies and idle machines
  2. Financing options for equipment
  3. Strategies for improving customer recurrence and retention I

f you’ve had experience in these areas, I’d love to hear your thoughts. Looking forward to connecting!

Hi Lucas, I have sold a number of medical spas in GTA, so my answers are based on what my sellers and buyers are doing.

- Vacancies and retention: larger spas will have a salesforce that calls all the previous clients, to follow up on patients who just had a procedure or people who haven’t been for a while. They introduce new procedures or try to schedule next appointment. Smaller spas usually have service providers and receptionists do that when they are not busy with patients.

in addition they all do some form of marketing (groupon, instagram, blasts to database with special offers)

- Machines: almost everyone leases them, I can forward some names my cloents used if you like.

If you need assistance from a financing perspective, we have provided financing in the past for MedSpas. I would be happy to have a discussion. You can reach me here or directly at redacted
