Hi, I tried downloading the FOIA 7a FY20-present file and it got downloaded as a csv. I am trying to convert it to a Google Sheet but the file is too large to open or convert. Has anyone found a successful way to open this file?

Do you have to do it in google sheet? the file hits the limit on Google sheets which is why it doesn't open i think. Works find in excel tho
