There is usually quite a few last minute cancellations that happen for these conferences and you can get one of those tickets.

If you are in the area, I would suggest also just coming down to HBS and you might be able to just get one on the day of the event (not 100% certain of this one)

Email the organizers - since tickets are refundable, they will be aware of any cancellations
