Head of Acquisitions
I currently run a small business with significant cashflow. Over the years, I've acquired small industrial buildings and have built up a nice portfolio but have decided to pursue more productive assets. I'm looking for a Long-Term Acquisitions Partner (Not a Search Fund, Not PE) The goal is to quietly build a permanent holding company focused on niche, cash-flow SMBs and holding them for the long term. No fund. No exit clock. No growth theatrics. Just disciplined acquisitions, real cash flow, and patience. I’m looking for someone who: enjoys talking to owners before they’re ready to sell likes boring businesses more than pitch decks is comfortable saying “no” most of the time has search / ETA / SMB deal experience (or similar) wants to build something durable over years, not quarters This is not a “buy one company and run it forever” role, and not a PE associate job in disguise. If you’ve ever thought: “I like deals, but I don’t love exits, auctions, or pressure…” …we might be aligned. There’s real upside here, but it’s a long game. Happy to share more context privately with the right people. If this sounds interesting, please send a message about your background and what you’re looking for next. We don’t flip companies. We collect them.
