Health Care Attorney California Recommendation

I'm looking for a health care attorney who is experienced with California health care regulations. Currently evaluating a $1.3M EBITDA health care practice in SoCal that requires a license. I do not hold the medical license and would have to run it through an MSO, also involve SBA lending. Looking to move quick on this deal so good recommendations welcome! Thanks!
