HealthCare Deal

Hi All,
We have several healthcare deals we have been told we have a high probability of getting awarded the LOI and wanted to get a feel for the investor base here for both debt and equity.

We just closed a deal in November with a structured PE firm. We also have more in our pipeline we are working on.

Deal 1) Home Health Care. $6.8M EBITDA.
Deal 2) Healthcare Staffing. $2.8M EBITDA

Both are very healthy businesses and great managment teams.
