I've checked Data Axle but couldn't get a good comp.

What are people seeing in the market for healthcare service companies and/or practices between $1.5m and $2.5m in EBITDA and (~20% margin)?

Agree with others re: variability, but primary care practices often fall in the 3-5x range, while specialty practices (particularly procedural-based ones) can be closer to 5-8x. Very few healthcare services hit double-digit multiples these days, perhaps with the exceptions of aesthetics/medspa and dentistry/orthodontics.

In my spaces, behavioral health and healthcare staffing, I've seen 4x-20x. Devil is in the details. Sector, growth, risk factors, supply/demand, size, etc.
