Heavy haul Trailer Manufacturing

I’m currently in touch with the owner of an off-market business in the heavy haul trailer manufacturing space. While it’s larger than what I’m looking for, I’d like to help them find the right buyer. The business generates approximately $5M in EBITDA, was founded in 2019, and was featured on the Inc###-###-#### list last year. It has a team of around 90 employees, and one of the two owners is interested in staying on post-transaction to help operate and grow the company. Any guidance on connecting the owner(s) to buyers would be appreciated.
