Good afternoon everyone, I am new to this site and just trying to get the lay of land on here. I am hoping I have come to the right place :) Background - I am about to wrap up 22 years in the military and retire.... however not retire really. I own a security company in the UK and I also operate in M&A looking for new opportunities that align with my sector or any opportunity where I can see potential and add value even if out of my lane. Sector - Main focus is Renewable Energy, Digital Marketing, Security & E-Commerce, however as stated fairly agnostic. The most important part and in this order, work with the right people, strong EBITDA of 500k plus and profit margin of at least 15%. Focus - Although I am always looking for great opportunities I have a solid pipeline of opportunities. Truth be told, as I am humble within my infancy stage in the spectrum of M&A (don't see this as a sign of weakness - I am about close on 2 deals and have others at HoT stage as well as great connections - so I am being humble by not overreaching on my experience and try to fool individuals :) ) most of my deals currently are broker owned and off market. Requirement - Although I have a finance team who provide me with lending options, I am always in the market for connecting with individuals who look for certain opportunities to invest their money in. to either JV with someone on a business acquisition or as an Angel investor with guaranteed returns. I am always looking to connect with ambitious and talented individuals who wish to grow and scale a business create opportunity, self growth and also work with me on creating bigger and better things for others. I am also very much into giving back and educating people.
