Help Needed: Tax Accounting with PPA and Post-Close in NJ

Hi SF community, I am in the final stages of diligence on an acquisition and I need help with Tax Diligence. In particular I need help doing the Purchase Price Allocation and ideally the same person or team can provide accounting services post close. The business is in NJ, doing an asset purchase, and business is roughly $2M in revenue and historically has managed through Cash accounting. Thanks in advance!
