If you have a few extra minutes in your busy days, the recent Freakonomics podcast episodes have been really good [Link: Freakonomics]. They are about life as a CEO and includes some big name interviews:

Obviously how they got to where they are is less relevant but I found it interesting hearing the different leadership styles and advice. Let me know what you think in the comments. I'm always happy to hear recommendations for good content everyone is consuming that help them as a CEO or searcher.

I listened to the Jack Welch interview last night. Historically I haven’t been Jack’s biggest fan but actually really enjoyed this interview. I thought his explanation of candid feedback was valuable.
