This is Vahagen. Just joined today. I'm very excited to be a part of this platform. I run X5deals.com with my partner Alex . We created that site specifically for searchfunders. We have now over 3200 active deals and add on average 70 new deals every week. Knowing searchers are tight on budget, we created a very affordable solution. Also, we don't have a contract. Thank you Clarence and David. What we have is simple excel file. It has all the deals on it. We monitor them on daily basis and update the list if deals are under LOI or closed. then we mark the accordingly. Also we add on average 70 new deals everyweek to the list. Since it is an excel file, we can't offer trial, But I can email you a sample list. Please PM me your email address and I'll send you a bit more information and a sample. Thank you

Hi Travis, we have over 3000 sources where we get our deals from. We aggregate all available deals and also deals that get sent in to us via our website. sources of those deals are traditional brokers, investment bankers and PE firms. I'm not sure how many deals get posted to the other sites since I don't have access to them, but I can tell you we have one of the most complete lists in the industry. Thank you
