High LTV no guarantee lenders

Are there really lenders out there that do high LTV no guarantee loans for business acquisitions? I know people look and ask for them all the time, but Im curious if they are really out there and if so, who are they? I dont have a deal currently, but I figured with the new changes to the SBA and all, its best to get a few alt lenders in my contact list just in case
