I'm a former searcher who bought a great business a few years ago. I found a great bolt-on business about a month ago, and I was fortunate to get it under LOI for a good price. One week later, an investor of mine found another deal that was absolutely perfect for our company. I can't fund both at the same time, so I'd like to sell this one to an interested searcher. It's a great fit for ETA (recurring, growing quickly, lead from anywhere, tons of upside), and Reg Agent businesses are selling for crazy multiples these days, so I know there's a great return on the other side.
