Hello all -- I predict that I'll have some amount of available bandwidth over the coming months and am wondering if I can be helpful to this group. Over the past 6 years or so in this space, we've done 5 acquisitions, 2 adjacent-foundings, and 2 exits. I would gladly walk someone early in the journey through diligence/closing, and if it fits, would gladly plug you into my favorite service providers. I feel like i hear sad stories from this group all the time on deals falling apart, and wonder if I might hang a shingle as a deal-sherpa. If this sounds useful, drop me a note.
