Does anyone have experience sourcing for high-skilled blue collar businesses such as medical device repair or fire sprinkler installation? I'm looking to stay away from the trades (e.g., traditional plumbing, HVAC, electrician) due to prevalence of PE. Would love to connect to learn from those who have experience valuing and analyzing these types of opportunities.

Hey Jeremy, I have the same strategy going. Another thing I found from 4 years at ServiceTitan was how challenging it was for these trades owners to find and retain good quality techs. Lots of them would get poached, not want to work, or leave to start their own business I've been actively evaluating niches like fire sprinkler inspection and certain other B2B medical services where there's a strong compliance and recurring revenue. Happy to connect and compare notes
