Many industries have high margins, but a few questions to consider are: What can I get behind? What am I good at? And where can I contribute the most value? Answering these questions will help you decide which one to pursue.

What i did: I went to the navigation bar, checked all IBIS reports within my country and created an excel priority list of sectors based on my selection criteria, like margin, number of companies (=potential targets), market growth, competition, etc.. In a second step i checked against my skills/interests and in a third step i took the remaining top 5-10 sectors (important is here to have enough, but not too many targets, depending on your contact approach, e.g. mass mailing vs personal contacts via network) and did a deeper market research with more sources.
