Melodee Holdings is looking for an Associate intern to support its acquisitions of New England-based companies. This role will give full exposure to the acquisition process, from thematic development to deal sourcing, company evaluation, deal structuring and valuation, due diligence, financing and transaction closing. You will work closely with Melodee's founder, Evan Sameroff, who has over 10 years of experience working at prominent private equity at firms and started his career as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs; Evan also holds degrees from Northwestern University and Harvard Business School. This role requires a true passion for business and investing, a strong work ethic and a diversity of skills, including research, analytical, communication and organizational. Please only apply if you’re willing to roll up your sleeves and dedicate at least 15 hours a week to become an integral member of the Melodee team. Hard work will be expected, but you will gain real-life deal experience that you will not find in a textbook or seminar.

Hi Mr. Sameroff, I just submitted my application. As someone who has already networked extensively at Goldman Sachs, your experience there makes me incredibly excited about this opportunity to provide serious and instantaneous value for someone like you and learn by proximity. Super excited about this opportunity and hope to hear from you soon!
